Came for a nice dinner during a weekend getaway from Denver.I was very happy to get a reservation at 4:30pm as the restaurant was completely booked on Saturday night (a great sign to start)The Pullman is easy to get to with street parking nearby. Had an amazing dinner at the Pullman while visiting Glenwood. The atmosphere in the restaurant was warm and inviting and was packed for a Saturday night (reservations recommended). The food was phenomenal. We ordered the house truffle fries as an app and they were delicious. The Elk Bolognese was the perfect amount of elk flavor without being overpowering.
