We had the nachos and the cheese was like terrible it wasn't like grilled cheese it was cheese out of a jar. That's all we had I don't know what the rest of the food is like. I will not be back.

Was told by the front desk at 9:10pm when we checked in from being on the road all day the restaurant closed at 10 pm and we had plenty of time. Got to the restaurant by 9:20pm, no servers around had to find one. Once I did find one at 9:25pm with a nasty tone she told me they closed in 20 minutes, which means the front desk lied. We left. You can keep your food.

Get the nomad burger ? freaking MUAH! when I saw the $22 price I said this better be the best burger ever ... Well it was dang close if not the best burger I've had over 40 years... That's saying ALLOT. family got a mix review on their taco dinners (fish, chicken, & steak, 3 each). Over cooked chicken and fish, grisly steak bites). Like I said, interestingly the burger was off the chain... Maybe I got lucky but you bet your butt I'm getting again next time we're here! Atmosphere is so chill... Had a breakfast burrito with green chili also in the morning which was dynamite.Dietary restrictions: Some gf optionsWheelchair accessibility: Ada accessible
The place was cool- we liked the look but everything else was a little less than expected. Food was okay. Service was okay (and there weren't a lot of people in the restaurant), and drinks were okay.

The food was pretty good and out of 2 days they were able to accommodate allergies consistently about half the time. Very attentive bartender/manager.

This restaurant is inside the Origin Red Rocks hotel but it doesn't feel like the traditional hotel restaurant. The ambiance was great, they have a beautiful outdoor space and the food was really good.

Service was attentive and the food was delicious. However, the place was crowded and loud prior to the start of a concert at Red Rocks. Nice and quiet once the concert crowd left. A nice outdoor space where we probably would have eaten if it had been a few degrees warmer.
Tacos were on special, got charged full price. $16 for a venison taco, over priced but decent. The rabbit taco was ok at best. The alligator taco was way too sweet with the pineapple and not so good… service was decent. Wife got an arugula salad that was pretty subpar. The balsamic dressing was a side of just balsamic reduction. Kinda odd. Way more expensive than it should be considering the food quality. Looks like a cool spot to hangout and get some bites if you’re drinking or out for a night out. Outside patio are looks cool. The hotel attached was nice but way overpriced as well.

We’ve been in the Denver area for a few days now and haven’t had the best of service / food experiences until we stumbled upon this place. We sat at the bar, our bartender Jamie was an absolute rock star and kept us laughing the entire time. We even asked for him to take a photo with us before we left ♥️ - The tacos and margs were delic!

We had tacos, chips, salsa and guacamole. The tacos were delicious and very filling. Guacamole was fresh and salsa was somewhat spicy. The restaurant was not crowded at all on a Saturday night and we were served right away. This does seem like the kind of place that the servers are used to turning tables over quickly. Our service was great during our meal but we stayed for drinks after the meal. It was somewhat difficult to get service once our food had arrived. The outdoor space had a fire going and was relaxing.

Great beer selection at the bar. Nice ambiance inside and out. Have a chat with Vinny the bartender - tell him what you like, he won't steer you wrong.

Somehow one server took care of alllll the tables on a brunch morning. Understaffed but we did not feel neglected. The breakfast burrito's salsa was piquant, savory, and much needed to give the eggs some flavor. Beautiful spot in a beautiful hotel with pretty views of the red rocks the area is known for. Very clean and bright.
Limited menu but excellent. Service wonderful.
