The pastries are to die for and the service is always so friendly! We've gone twice now and every time the food is delicious.The madelines are amazing and we particularly enjoy the pistachio/black currant flavor. My favorite was the croissant/tart, such a unique idea with beautiful execution and fresh ingredients.Give Parfait Co. a try if you haven't already!
Entering this little shop, in a walkout under a blue house near Colorado Mills, is like being transported to a fine Paris patisserie via some kind of magic. These delightful treats…how to choose just one? Practically impossible! Chef Yeva is amazingly talented and very warm and friendly. You should stop by! Check in on the website if you’d like to walk in. No check in necessary if you’ve preordered.
