my pretzel nuggets were burnt but this is a pretty nice mall! the layout is kind of weird but the stores are really nice. i walked by the nike store and the security guard was on facetime which was weird..

I'll give this place another star since I was given a free pepperoni bites for messing up the first order plus not giving us our other orders that we had to ask for them 7 minutes later. The cashier did not even know it wasn't given to us. And he didn't even know what our orders were. Then when the lady messed up the first batch I was hoping the next batch was better. Pretzel wasn't fresh like normally. Only had 3 salted pretzels in the display case. Really wanted unsalted pretzel, but none being baked. Did purchase a salted one. Disappointed that most times they can't properly scan my phone to get credit. Yes, I can get credit by manually adding, but forget most times!
