Most of the servers are friendly and helpful, but it seems either, a specific lady or a burned out kid, are there to help. I have had to go back for them to correct my order the last four times I've been there. I go on Saturday or Sunday morning each week; if you go through the drive through on the wrekends, don't drive away until you check what's actually in the bag.

I got a green Chile bagel from doordash. It was gross. Tasted days old. Flat. Teaspoon of shmear. 13 bucks for this garbage. So damn disappointed because this was my one a week treat. No wonder they've closed so many stores.

It is by far the worst Einstein I've been to. Do not go if you need to be on time. It took 20 minutes to get 2 toasted bagels, and event after that they got it wrong.

BEWARE- My wife and I were running errands today and wanted something quick so we went through the drive thru and ordered 1 Farmhouse. The lady running the window told us the total of $7.60 & asked if I wanted a receipt I said no. We get our sandwich and leave and I get a text notification stating I was charged $8.99. In that moment I was like huh maybe she told me the wrong total. I was concerned because I was certain of the total she told me so I went back to the store and spoke with the manager. In doing so we found out that the drive thru person took it upon herself to add a $1.39 tip for handing me a sandwich in a bag. This is theft and fraud, make sure you’re getting your receipts and beware when going to this location because if she can do it to me you could be next and who knows what else she can be doing with your card. Also the manager handled the situation with me professionally but the lack of concern for what is employee did was highly concerning. I have reached out to corporate.
