“I celebrated my birthday at Enzo's last night with local family and family from out of town. Our waiter Edgar was exceptional, best service I've had in a long while! The food was nice, hot and delicious and the wine was wonderful! We were all catching up with family and never realized how long we stayed past closing time. They allowed us to stay and visit while they were cleaning up. Thank you Enzos for great hospitality!“

“As an Italian it is my go to place when I need an ethnicity fix. Their food is not Americanized like most Italian restaurants. Pizza, pasta dishes or salads are excellent.“

“This restaurant went above and beyond . I am struggling with a food allergy so I didn't expect to be able to have much. Upon hearing this the server and manager ( Ceasar?) Worked to find me a meal that was safe . They put so much thought and care into a great experience. Will definitely be back!“

“I booked my Fruita Monument High School Friday night 50th class reunion event at Ristorante Pantuso. It was nothing but spectacular. We had approximately 100 people and never needed a thing. Chris and Krista were in constant communication before and during the event. My classmates loved the food and the environment. I would rate it 10/10 for both.
