My sandwich was really bad, my husband's was really good, and we both enjoyed the fried Oreos.I got the fat cow. I was excited about the mac and cheese on the sandwich but it was dry, mushy, and had a strange flavor. The bacon had an even weirder flavor. Altogether, super gross. My husband got the fat shack. It was really great, everything stayed crispy and all the flavors worked really well together. The fried Oreos were sweet and greasy, just as you'd expect.Even though my husband's sandwich was good, he said we won't be coming here again.

The stellar service is the main winner here. The food is mostly fried and greasy- best eaten when you just don't have the energy to make a meal after a hard day. The sandwich bread is great. Some recipes have changed recently, for the better! I am particularly fond of their jalapeño poppers and their fried pickles, but there's really no wrong answer here. In the past they've also sent out coupons for free deep-fried oreos.

Every time I order online I am always missing food. Then I have to drive all the way back to the store to pick up what I’m missing and get back home to cold food.

The best part of my experience was the burger. "The Classic" is a 2-patty all-American cheeseburger. (Combo meal, $14.) But even though I really like salt (it's fat free!), the patties were too salty for me. Speaking of salt, does Fat Shack know there are other seasonings for fries? My SUPER salty fries seemed to have no other seasoning. Fat Shack's management needs to take a field trip to Red Robin, to study how they season their fries.A pet peeve of mine is when you're the customer, you say "thank you", and the person *you're giving money to* says nothing. Doesn't matter if it's in the checkout line at the grocery store, or when someone brings your food to the table as happened here. In fairness, 10 minutes later he did ask how everything was from across the room, and I (untruthfully) gave a thumbs-up.Fat Shack and every other restaurant asking for tips before service need to just stop. It's a hostage situation: "We're about to cook your food and can do whatever we want to it; would you like to tip?"

They put way to much marinara on the sandwiches making them impossible to hold. Had four different types of food on my sandwich but I could only taste marinara. Employe at counter told me to order on a tablet and walked off. However he didn't log in to the device so we could order on it. Had to wait 5 minutes before he came back and we could actually order.

Food is ok but health standards are poor, they seem to mop the floors with Mtn dew and I never seen one of the employees wash there hands coming back inside and just raw dogged my sandwich. Cheers to flu season.

Came in to get a few appetizers and was really impressed with the quality of service. Mark did a great job in giving us great suggestions and providing quality service as well. I’ve only been here once before but I definitely will plan on coming back to this location. We ordered the mozzarella sticks, Mac n cheese bites and jalapeños poppers. High quality and tasted fresh as well.
