First time in 30 years of going/eating at IHOP have I ever encountered one that was closed on a Friday night at 1am…. Northern Colorado sucks for people who are out late..

The food had no flavor I ordered biscuits and gravy they only tasted like flour with pepper. Besides, the food was cold. We also ordered French toast with banana and strawberry, they were also cold, they just tasted like eggs and the strawberries tasted bad as if they were spoiled.

Can't wait for obligatory "sorry for your bad experience give us more of your time so I can waste even more of it" custom responses this owner has set on automatic reply because there are so many 1 star reviews. God, if I was the owner I would be panicking. I'm guessing their only saving grace is Sunday morning, pun intended. There's obviously a problem with how this location is being handled and I can, 100% guarantee, it's the mindset this owner has. I hope when this place closes they put in a Waffle House.

Zero effort service. My wife and I weren't greeted for ten minutes even though other members of our party arrived before us (meaning they were told to expect more of us). We werent even greeted and just found the rest of our party. Only four other tables in the restaurant had people so they weren't busy. We waited fifteen more minutes to just be asked what we wanted. There was no hospitality nor kindness. Checked on us twice (rudely and quickly) and then just threw the receipt at the table and told us "whenever you're ready" when we hadn't gotten our food for but 10-15 minutes. Didn't get the waitresses' names and didn't bother to ask. The cook also did the bare minimum and the only special request wasnt followed. When we asked why, the waitress responded with "we just couldnt do it" without letting us know in advance. We were there 2 hours before close and despite coming multiple times over the past year won't be coming back.

This is an updated review... we had a bad experience at this location last week. However, I do want to thank the owner/manager for reaching back out & making it right. She was very caring and helpful. She apologized for our bad experience, she said they never want anyone to have a negative experienceat their restaurant & she gave us a full refund. We appreciate you very much! Thank you
Complete garbage tonight. Nashville hot chicken has cheese DRIPPING off it. Not tonight. I'm not sure how this cook burnt the cheese but not the bread on FOUR sandwiches. 4 cheeses? Hardly. We had shredded cheddar, paper thin and over cooked. I'm not sure what the flavor was, but it wasn't Nashville hot. We should have walked out when she brought the slop to the table. I've eaten that sandwich 5 times now. It's been pretty consistent until now. My friend ordered steak and eggs... this huge breakfast chain couldn't even get his eggs right. Also, the manager discounted their bill 50% and knocked off $2.50 off mine and my sons sandwiches. We'd all been looking forward to this sandwich all day, and it was such a let down. They weren't busy at all either. Kicking myself for going ahead and eating it. I've had better sandwiches out of a gas station. One photo is what it's supposed to look like, and has the last 4 times, the other photo is what we got.

We had placed a delivery order through IHOP, & a door dash driver was supposed to deliver the order. It was an absolute nightmare and we never received our food. We called IHOP and spoke with a manager Jenelle. She remade our entire order and had one of their personal employees deliver it to us. We appreciate the top notch service Jenelle gave us to make our order right. Huge thank you to Jenelle, the lady who dropped off our order, & the rest of their staff for making this right for us!
