Roma West is a go-to place for a good meal, with excellent staff making the dining experience even better. The food is hot, ready, and served with great efficiency. While unable to use certain coupons, trying the all-you-can-eat spaghetti with meatballs left a bit to be desired - the sauce was overpowering and lacking in seasonings, and the pasta was overcooked. However, the service was top-notch, making it an overall satisfying experience.
