This place is delish! The Burnt ends are worth far more than the 4.2 rating they have earned! The prices are on the high side $55 for 3 with no drinks, but BBQ is expensive so there’s that.

Kept hearing about this place so I had to try it for myself. It was everything people said and more.Great BBQ and amazing staff!Talked to the manager for minute and he ended up giving us a quick tour of the back and outside where I got to throw some wood into the massive smoker. Everything is good on the menu!Parking: Parking can be a little difficult. You have to take a spot when it becomes available. You may end up walking about a block once you find a spot. But, it’s worth the walk, before and after.Wheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheel chair accessible.

Would definitely recommend. I had the smoked jackfruit. It’s hard to find vegetarian dishes at BBQ restaurants. The smoked jackfruit was delicious. I placed our order over the phone. The customer service was great.

Just so everyone knows, my bbq standards are high! With that said, naturally when you come to a place named Burnt End you have to get the burnt ends. I also got the Mac and cheese with the beans. The burnt ends had zero flavor! I mean ZERO! I had to put bbq sauce on then to have any taste. The Mac and cheese might as well came from any chain buffet place, meaning it was horrible! However, the beans were fantastic! I actually mixed the beans with the Mac and cheese to give it at least some flavor. BUT what killed me the most, besides the ridiculous price was....... the dang TV on the wall wasn't level. This shows me that the place has no attention to detail.

This place was gas. I tried the Monday melt and pork ribs. Ribs were cooked perfectly and had the perfect bite. The melt was also great, and came with A LOT of fries. Drinks were self serve with a fountain (Coke products), and the food is delivered to your table. This place is miles better than AJ’s Pit BBQ, and significantly more affordable. Not sure how they manage that, but I’m not mad about it. Owner was also a genuine and nice dude. This Florida man will be coming back.

I wish we would have read the recent reviews and not the overall rating. Pulled pork was tasteless and nearlt unedible. Sides are kiddie sized. For the price point, the flavor and portions are HORRIBLE. Save yourself, your pocketbook, your tastbuds and dont come here. Oh the added touch of the bonus hair in our food topped it off. I'm sick!

I ordered through door dash. Who owns this place? ? I need to know because what your selling isn't barbecue. It has no flavor. I received one side of barbecue sauce for my serving of their "pulled pork". It's not marinated in anything or smoked? The fried pickles ? I'm not sure who taught you how to fry pickles but those were the sorry is looking fried pickles I've ever received on my plate. Grew up in Memphis I lived in the south I've even had some really tasty barbecue over in Oakland California but they were from the south too the people running this this is not Southern barbecue .where is that at?

The beef burnt ends had a fishy taste. I ordered early, might have from days before??? The chopped meat was over spiced and over salted. Not everyone likes hot, hot over spicy foods.

I recently visited your DTC location and unfortunately, I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. The front-facing employee seemed to lack knowledge about the products and was not very attentive. Additionally, their hands appeared to be dirty, which was off-putting. When I inquired about the quantities and inclusions of platters, the employee was short with me and unable to provide sufficient information.Furthermore, the cleanliness of the tables was concerning, as they were filled with dirty leftover plates, cups, and trash. When I asked a simple question about the bread accompanying the rack and platters, the employee did not initially provide an adequate response. It wasn't until I approached them again that they mentioned there was only one piece available, without offering any alternatives or asking if I would like to purchase more.To make matters worse, when the manager came out, their approach was aggressive and unwelcoming. Rather than addressing the issue in a professional manner, they seemed confrontational. This interaction left me feeling unsatisfied and reluctant to return to the DTC location or any Burnt Ends establishment in the future. It's disappointing to see that customer service and experience do not appear to be a priority at your establishment. As a result, I will not be returning and will also be sharing my experience with others. I hope this feedback can be taken constructively to improve the overall customer experience at your establishment.

As a good service manager, what I saw and experienced was just about what I anticipated. My two complaints are that the cashier didn't smile or have a friendly tone. Maybe she was having a bad day, but I would have airbus a little more effort. Also, there was only one other small group at the time. There was (regular) trash and stuff on the floor that could have been cleaned up and chairs that could have been pushed in to avoid tripping hazards (my kiddo did run into one). The mac and cheese was good, especially considering my kiddo is picky about his mac. I liked that they take pride without pretending to be fancy. It's comfortable and casual. A cool place to be.

High quality food in a fadt-casual setting. I had the salmon salad and it was the perfect ratio of "good stuff" to lettuce. They have something for everyone, the staff is friendly. And a nice touch is that they clear your table for you as well, unlike some other similar places. I will definitely go back.
