My wife had surgery on her left leg recently and has a hard time walking but they both show love & empathy for our situation. The food was outstanding, as always, but the customer service from Vanessa and Dagan was over the top ????.“
“This place is incredible. The staff has been so kind and catering with providing samples and answering any questions we had. All of the bases are dairy free and gluten free. Seriously the best açaí bowls we've ever had. We came back the next day because we loved it so much :)“
“Their Boba is really good its chewy n soft & never hard. I’ve tried their Brown Sugar, Honeydew and Taro milk tea. At 100% sweetness I couldn’t drink more than 2-3 sips, its too sweet. I’m a sweet tooth & I feel the over sweetness cancels the flavor. The people are always nice. I would suggest try 75% sweetness in your drink first & then you may go up or down.“
“Last night a friend and I went to the Alley for the first time and was BLOWN AWAY. From the door you enter a very crisp and aesthetically pleasing, clean dining room. Their brand is beautiful representated and you can tell they really have a heart for what they have created. This place is a full package. Not only is the environment beautiful but the food and drinks were INCREDIBLE. The quality was evident even before you took a bite or sip. From the scratch made Boba to the carefully crafted flavor profiles this spot is a 10/10! Very highly recommend and we can't wait to go back.Dietary restrictions: Because everything is made in house the owners were very knowledgeable of the ingredients in their products and were able to help me navigate my order.“
“I needed a place to sit and read my book, enjoy a coffee, and kill a little time late on a Sunday morning. This is the place! The women behind the counter are charming, warm, and friendly. The prices are more than reasonable. I just had a simple drip coffee and a muffin. Perfection. All for under 6 dollars! What? Unheard of! Now that I've found it, it will be a regular stop for me.“

If you do not like them, then this likely shall not matter to you.The space is nice. Bright and open, more as functional and modern chic café than many others. The staff is kind and prompt, the pricing is in step with that expected for the area, and the not coffee options are several.The Monk and the Mongoose does what the Cafe is expected to do, and it does so well. “Empanadas are a great treat, how can you go wrong with a delicious flaky pastry filled with flavorful ingredients? I had seen Lazo's many times in the Cherry Hills shopping center and my timing was always off, but today it was dinner time and I was hungry. Their selection of fillings is robust and you will be able to find something that is a good match for you. The first one I tried was the Chicken Caprese based on the staff's recommendation. They were right on with this choice and the filling was delicious with chicken, cheese, tomatoes, and some herbs. The empanadas are cooked to order, so it comes out and it tantalizing hot. You want to bite into it so badly, but you have to ease yourself into it so you do not burn your mouth. My second choice was the spinach and cheese empanada which was good, but not quite as delicious as the chicken caprese. Lazo's is a great place to come and enjoy a meal. You can choose exactly how much food you want and order exactly what you want. The staff was kind, cheerful helpful, providing information about the different fillings. I look forward to coming back and trying the other options available.“
“I called in a takeout order yesterday morning. The lady I talked to was very nice and friendly. I ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel and the size of that thing for $7 was well worth it. I didn't have meat with mine due to allergies but I had two big egg "patties" with lotsss of gooey cheese. Not too messy and absolutely delicious. They also have a lot of bakery items inside for sale including brownies, cookies, and varieties of breads. I will take pictures next time I stop by. Lovely people there in the cafe and will probably have to make this a weekly visit!“
“My first day here and wow the staff are incredibly warm and welcoming! They greeted the regulars, and myself as if I was a regular here as well. Having worked at a Starbucks myself for 4 years, this Starbucks has incredible customer service and welcoming vibe. Y'all got it going on, keep it up!“
“If you're ever in the DTC area, you need to check this place out. Absolutely amazing shakes, teas, you name it! Alex was unbelievably amazing and gave us the run down on all the drinks and benefits of them. Their menu is super diverse and so many different ways you can customize your drink. We had the pikes peak tea and the love potion. Both were insanely delicious! We really appreciated Alex taking time to chat with us and also giving us a tour of the place. Awesome vibe and super cool set up. Definitely can't wait to come back here to try more drinks!“

Whatever problem exist they are sure to fix it with a smile. Whatever you do don’t forget to add the activated charcoal bowl to your order !!! “
