If you are unfamiliar with them, ask for the Chinese menu or ask the wait staff to assist you. For starters, try their scallion pancakes. The pancakes are freshly made and very crispy and flavorful. Their hot and sour soup is perfectly balanced, and the portion is very generous. Also try their wanton in chili oil. This is a very traditional Chinese dish. If you like spicy food, you won’t be disappointed. The chili pepper fish is another great dish to try. It’s crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
