This Chipotle location was so dirty when I walked in and the staff was super rude. I didn't bother even getting food from them with their terrible attitude and disgusting store.

My wife placed an order for two burrito bowls last night. After making her wait for over an hour while the closing manager flirted/yelled at employees while accepting personal gifts, no one decided to help her. Eventually just went to the lone tree location. Worst restaurant/service I have ever heard of in my 33 years on this earth.

The manager at this location yells at his new employees and is more focused on getting presents from his staff than helping the store.

Please, for the love of God, can you check your brown rice before serving it. If I wanted to eat uncooked rice, I would just grab it from the pantry. Also, thanks for the 8 bites of chicken in my burrito bowl. That really hit the spot!

This Chipotle had staff who clearly knew what they were doing!I've worked in the service industry for a long time and could easily spot a couple of new hires they had.Even with multiple new employees on the line and a VERY busy Friday night, they were incredibly quick, and I had a giant delicious burrito! Thanks for the good experience!

I love Chipotle. I go here once a week as a treat. The last month the portion of chicken is tarrable. I should of taken a picture. Yes, I can order extra chicken and I do that sometimes but I forgot this time, I ate all the chicken in 3 bites. Way to much rice. I measured it out it was 2 cups of rice. I don't need that much rice.

We ordered a catering order. To feed 10 people. They sent 8 small taco tortillas. And a few bites of meat. When we called the customer support line - they said they would call the location. They said if they agree to give us the rest of our food they will call us. Absolutely ridiculous. We paid over $200- $17 per person. And not even enough for one taco with a bite of meat for all of us. Will never ever ever be purchasing from Chipotle ever again.

This is the worst chipotle location I've ever been to. Nearly every employee is extremely rude (especially the tall blonde guy who's usually on the register), the food is served luke warm and stale most of the time, and they don't give out water cups anymore. This is especially outrageous , whats the point of not giving out water cups? I don't know if this is a decision that came from corporate, but either way denying water cups must be one of the stupidest things I've ever heard. They'd likely rebut by saying how some individuals ask for the free water cup to get other drinks. First off, every patron should not be punished for the actions of some. Secondly, this is just greed. For those who don't know, soda is one of any restaurant's biggest profits. Bags upon bags of the syrup can be bought in bulk for cheap, so by charging $3 for a drink they mark up the price by 1,150% (business insider reports). Therefore, taking away all water cups because of the occasional loss of a 1,150% profit margin is ridiculous. This location needs a serious overhaul in how it's run, and until that happens I'll be taking my business to the Qdoba across the street. I would recommend anyone who feels similarly to do as well, as the staff there is very friendly and doesn't cheat you out of simple ice and water. Honestly surprising that something has not been done about this location sooner considering how common my sentiment appears to be judging by other reviews.

Cook your rice a bit longer. It's kind of like biting into a tictac!! The rice isn't cooked long enough. ?

Go to another chipotle this place doesn’t care about customers. I Waited over 3 minutes, no one was in line. None of the employees greeted me or said anything. The young kid they have on front of house just focused on rotating product and didn’t bother to make eye contact. When he turned his back on me the second time I just left. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

By far, the best Chipotle I’ve been to. Employees are friendly and accommodating. The food never disappoints and the iced tea is perfectly strong.

The staff is definitely not willing to go the extra mile to meet their customers needs. That's pretty sad considering they charge an arm and a leg for their food.Parking: That location is right next to other stores that were very busy and there were few parking spotaWheelchair accessibility: Definitely wheelchair accessible
