Prices have become outrageous here. Ordered a Cajun Chicken wrap, but instead received a Chicken Ceasar wrap that had almost zero chicken in it, and was awful tasting. The wrap cost $12.50, and if you add chips and a drink, it is almost $20. Literally will not be back. This place was great when it used to be cheap, but at these prices, there are way better options.

I'm not usually one to leave a review but I felt that I had to. Stopped in to Jimmy John's in Highlands Ranch to pick up a sandwich today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier went above and beyond answering my questions about the different options for a combo in lieu of chips. He also went the extra step and let me know all of the additional toppings that can be added to a sandwich for free. On top of that, one of the employees was gracious enough to check the ingredients list on the pasta salad to ensure it was vegetarian. Truly phenomenal service that is rare to find these days. Kudos to the staff!

JERKS. Messed up my order and acted rude when I came back to get it fixed. Simple order, shop wasn’t busy. There’s no excuse for bad customer service.

I used to go to the location in the mountains every chance I got. But since moving here I tried this location(9325 Dorchester St #126, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129) and it's like a completely different place. My beach club sandwich was filled with brown lettuce and even after removing it all the sandwich tasted bad. Like old food bad. Just the one bite made me sick. This place is disgusting. I will never eat here again.

Most JJ's provide same experience. But this one plays music so loud it is difficult to enjoy your meal.

Shoutout to Griffin (sp?) who welcomed me into the store as soon as I stepped in. He also helped me carry, like, 800 sandwiches to my car. In the rain. Wasn't prompted, just immediately volunteered. I was in a rush so it was greatly appreciated—Thanks, Griffin!

Mandatory tipping at 15%???? Good thing you can just hit other and then leave it at zero, but still this isn't fine dining.

Ordered 3 sandwiches, just over $30. Realized that wasn't for the combo. Ordered 3 fountain soda and chips $16. I know all about inflation, but that is just ridiculous.

I was robbed lol I ordered a tuna sandwich and it was like a baby spoon of tuna added to my sandwich. I basically ate just the bread. So disappointed

Took so long to ask me if I had a mobile order. They didn't put avocado spread on the veggie sandwich I ordered. I asked for mustard on the veggie and that didn't come on it either. I asked for avocado spread on my JJBLT and extra mayo which I did not receive. Very very unhappy with this service. Do frikin better Jimmy Johns. You guys were not freaky fast or freaky delicious.
