Almost ate the whole 12 inch for dinner last night, but I’m glad I didn’t as I very much enjoyed the remainder for lunch today! “Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. Service was friendly and quick and helpful with placing our order. The sandwiches were made as ordered and all toppings were fresh and generous. Half sub was the perfect size for lunch. The store carries a good selection of beverages, including Stubborn Sodas. Nice chip and dessert assortment available at the counter. Dining area and restrooms were clean. Staff was professional and it seems this location does a lot of to-go orders. The employees were very friendly, greeting everyone and quickly getting the to-go orders out the door. I have had other Capriotti's and this location made a much better sandwich than my previous experience.Parking: Large shopping center with plenty of parking available“
“We used to drive locally to castle rock venue but I was referred to this location in highlands ranch and the entire check list was demonstrably superior The place was ten times nicer ambiance and tastefully decorated and modern. Above all a very clean and well kept restaurant We had a fantastic hibachi chef. We got a sudden birthday disco like lighting surprise for my wife. The food was immaculate for all concerned. Our party of 8 truly had a wonderful time We would all strongly recommend it“
“I always enjoy going to Panera and try something different each visit. This time I got the Green Goddess salad which was delicious and protein rich. In the past I've tried other salads which I found equally good. Their soups, sandwiches, and bread are also excellent.“

The brothers who own the shop are running the FOH (front of house), engaging with their guest, explaining how and where they source their ingredients, and sharing their passion behind what they do. They were super friendly, had great recommendations, and it made me appreciate each bite all the more because I knew the ingredients were mostly locally sourced and quality foods. “It’s an Olive Garden of course it’s amazing. But the staff were the best part. We came pretty late but it wasn’t like about to close it was 9 and they closed at 10 but this place was empty. There were only like 7 more people sitting down and eating and most of them were finished. The staff weren’t like “ughhhh (tired noises) what do you wantt ughhhh” they were actually talking KIM! Kim wasn’t a good experience she was yelling on the floor and going crazy and then she took off her pants and threw them at some guy then she smashed plates and stuff but that’s off topic. The food, I don’t have to explain of course it’s good. Atmosphere was like any other Olive Garden an Italian theme. But I’m telling you if you want good service come here.
