“I judge every place based on a simple roast beef sandwich, and man was it delicious. Almost ate the whole 12 inch for dinner last night, but I’m glad I didn’t as I very much enjoyed the remainder for lunch today! The combo of great bread and great meat makes it.The place was simple, but clean, and we loved the free stickers. We will be back, I just need to remember to sign up for rewards.“
“BOMB DOT COM!! The gal who served us was the kindest young lady and she had great customer service. We were the only one's waiting for our food. The food was delicious and they were playing great music. This is the best place for a quick tasty bite to eat lunch or dinner. Overall 10 out of 10 Thanks you to the kind young lady (faith)“
“This was a great experience both the food ( I had an Anaheim Panini sandwich and vanilla latte) and the service were exceptional. My one disappointment was that they did not give an option to tip when using my card. I don't travel with cash and I personally think every business should give this option. To me, it makes me question their commitment to the welfare of their employees. From my experience these would be employees they would want to retain.“
“I just had the best experience here. Two of the sweetest kids I’ve met. They made me and my husbands sandwich perfect and just had the sweetest attitude. I didn’t catch their names but they were working at 4pm on 7/25/23. Those kids deserve a raise :)“
“I took a picture of my order and noticed something was missing. I thought the sign was for the customer, but I guess it is to remind the employees. Good thing we didn't get it to go and got the pickle and enjoyed the outside tables on a nice day.“
“Honestly this was the best experience I have ever had at a Firehouse subs! As soon as I got there the sandwich was ready for me and the two young men that were there just had the best attitude! I didn't like the chips I ordered and there was no problem in me switching them out.Then when I went to open my sandwich when I got home they placed the lettuce in a separate container so that "the lettuce wouldn't wilt :)". I thought that was just so thoughtful!!! It made my sandwich 10 times better and I didn't even have to ask. 10/10 would recommend this Firehouse specifically because of the atmosphere and attention to detail from each of the employees! :)“
“I stood in line for 10 minutes, and between customers and online orders, I watched Lucy crank out 12 sandwiches. Each one different, each one perfect. AND she kept her cool while being crazy busy. She deserves 5 stars.The only reason this is only a 4 star review was because, while Lucy was working as hard and fast as she possibly could, I had a clear view of her co-worker in the back literally just standing there and watching Lucy work with the rest of the customers.Lucy is a gem. This store is lucky to have her. And I wont be surprised when she moves on to a better opportunity where she actually gets some help.“
“I'm not usually one to leave a review but I felt that I had to. Stopped in to Jimmy John's in Highlands Ranch to pick up a sandwich today. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the cashier went above and beyond answering my questions about the different options for a combo in lieu of chips. He also went the extra step and let me know all of the additional toppings that can be added to a sandwich for free. On top of that, one of the employees was gracious enough to check the ingredients list on the pasta salad to ensure it was vegetarian. Truly phenomenal service that is rare to find these days. Kudos to the staff!“

“I LOVE Ike’s sandwiches. Today I went in for a sandwich and became extremely overwhelmed by all the menu options. Gage took the time to talk with me to help me find my sandwich match. He ended up suggesting I get a sometimes I’m vegitarian and let me tell you that sandwich changed my life. My tummy has never been so happy!! Overall I loved all of the staff and the food was AMAZING!!“
