While it’s a known fact that every cup of coffee shared across a sunrise and bonfire with fellow riders is the cup you’ll ever drink, Bivouac Coffee really is something to carry home with you. “My mom and I stopped here on our way up to Echo mountain for tubing! The workers greeted us when we came in and helped us in making a decision on what to order! We both got a bagel sandwich and a coffee. I love that you can choose the flavor of bagel for your sandwich!! The shop has a punk/rock vibe with decor, but is not too loud. There are lots of spaces to sit and eat or chat (tables, couches, etc). You can tell it's nestled in a small town because as we say and are the workers knew many of the customers by name“

“While staying in Evergreen for a couple of days we popped in for breakfast. The Gluten-free biscuits and gravy were out of this world! Service was fast and friendly, and the coffee was clean and crisp. I met Nick, the owner and head cook, who was kind and appreciative of our patronage. “Horrible and unwelcoming owners! They will kick you and your dog out no matter how small and quiet the dog. The one staff there was really nice but has been well trained to follow management’s unwelcoming rules. I take my pup everywhere. This was the FIRST place we’ve not been allowed. Perhaps the owners should move to a state that doesn’t like pets because I’v taken my dog into grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping centers. A restaurant in Cherry Creek even brought a glass for my dog. I am saying goodbye to Hello Coffee!“

“I've been here a few times for a chai fix; my most recent experience was being the in-laws. We were walking around Golden and stopped for some coffee - I got the spicy chai (have had the sweet and ginger turmeric previously). I was a little disappointed with this one, the depth of flavor was lacking but there was a slight bite to it at the end. The place overall is super cute and is always busy. I like how they have a kids corner in the back for children to play in! Overall will continue to stop here for coffee if I'm in town.“
