This food truck/small building behind the high school and next to a motel has fantastic food!! Breakfast burrito? Yes! Coffee? Yes! Tacos? Yes! And things for the kiddos like grilled cheese as well! SO MUCH better than fast food with reasonable prices! It’s a grab and go place- you can get back on the road in no time- and you can say you’ve visited Colorado! “Yes, in this tiny little town, I had the best pizza I had for years. They do pizza right by heaps of cheese and toppings, not bread! While everyone else props their crust, the bread, Piccadilly Circus Pizza puts the focus where it should be, cheese, cheese, and more cheese. Delicious!”

The owner didn’t have the kitchen going anymore because it was late, but my husband and I were starving and there wasn’t anywhere else to go to eat in town so she warmed us up a pork chop anyway!
