Honestly, why would you eat only a pretzel? They aren't that healthy, they don't even have a great way to incorporate vegetables into most of their items. Sure, you can get a lemonade, but it's a lemon. They've got frozen drinks going for them and they can't barely back that up with the atmosphere of fun service. Sure, you can put a hotdog in them, but my pallet isn't getting that thing down without a bucket of cheese sauce. This is the last place I would pick to eat. Best yet, there's not one dry bread, but two dry bread at the mall!!!

The guy bagged the trash before helping me and didn't wash his hands. When I asked him to wash his hands, he was rude and refused to wash his hands. You should pay people enough so they can take pride in their jobs, I was sad I couldn't get a pretzel.

Every time we go to the Colorado Mills we stop here. They were fresh and delicious. Staff is always friendly.

I'll give this place another star since I was given a free pepperoni bites for messing up the first order plus not giving us our other orders that we had to ask for them 7 minutes later. The cashier did not even know it wasn't given to us. And he didn't even know what our orders were. Then when the lady messed up the first batch I was hoping the next batch was better. Unfortunately this is how our pretzels looked. It's burnt, it's BLAck. It tasted burnt! Not good. Someone doesn't know how to make pretzels. Training is needed again pls. Customers are paying for this with their hard earned money. They should also work hard for their money right? So please train them again because burnt pretzels won't cut it! Disappointing.

The pretzels aren't fresh, over cooked, not tasty. The customer service is OK.
They were alot better before. The pretzels are not fully cooked inside. The lemonades are awesome though.

I arrived to pick up my order through the app, and couldn't. Mall was already locked up before it was supposed to be closed. Called the number listed 3 times and no answer. Guess I'll come back another day for my order, or for a refund. I want a resolution one way or another.

The lady working on 9/26/2022 is very rude and needs lessons on customer service. We got there a minute before they opened and was just looking at the menu and she rudely yells weren't not open yet. As I was explaining to my four year old they're open yet she yells at me again and said I told you weren't open.

Sad to say this place has the worst service. The 2 ladies working 9/21 at 1PM were so busy talking they completely ignored their customers. They also had absolutely nothing ready and were still preparing dough. Hire someone better.
