Paul is very rude and argumentative when you express concern about your beverage being discolored- we order our drinks at a different location at least once a week and have never had them look abnormally discolored. When a customer conveys concern for something they are about to ingest- an extension of that person’s health and safety- staff should not become hostile or defensive. When we explained that we’ve never had it look that color before, he handed us the receipt and invited us to “go ahead and complain”.

This is absolutely the worst Sonic in Colorado. Not once has my order ever been right. I'm allergic to cheese, and they always add it. They hire 10 year olds to run the place who have attitudes. I'm done!

Sat in a stall for 5 min with the red button activated only for them to tell me they are just open drive thru… got in line for the drive thru and waited another 20 min.. eventually pulled out of line and left… ridiculous

There was a mistake in my order through the drive-thru where I was missing a burger. When I pulled up to the restaurant the gentleman running the drive-thru window knew who I was and told me immediately before I could say anything I'm sorry about missing your burger. So because of that. Admitting their mistake and knowing who I was. I will be returning to this location as the people working there are awesome and the food is good.

Ordered through the app, waited for food but never got it. Eventually a kid came out and said they're not making it and turned around and went inside.Called customer service but they didn't speak English so I couldn't get a refund.This is the 3rd time sonic has stolen my money without a refund or food.

Ordered the Bacon Toaster combo from the breakfast menu. Only person in the stall but took around 8 minutes for my order to arrive. Friendly employee. The coffee was lackluster (tasted like water with some coffee flavoring drizzled in), but the tator tots were very good. Sandwich was fine. Not a must stop location, but alright for the price.

First of all, they charged me an extra 1.50 for my kids' food because they had ran out of milk and my kids didn't want anything but milk. So Sonic refused to give us the kids meal price since we didn't want a drink. Second, my burger was cold and the bun was dried out. How does a fast food place screw up a burger? I was pretty excited for some Sonic, but wow. I was tempted to complain, but the communication barrier was too much for this situation. Avoid this location if you are expecting a positive experience.
