Usually I love sonic it’s really convenient but recently someone used my card to make a purchase and the location would not answer the phone so I could at least try and refute the purchase. We called three times.
There was a mistake in my order through the drive-thru where I was missing a burger. When I pulled up to the restaurant the gentleman running the drive-thru window knew who I was and told me immediately before I could say anything I'm sorry about missing your burger. So because of that. Admitting their mistake and knowing who I was. I will be returning to this location as the people working there are awesome and the food is good.
