Great staff. These kids were cool, fun & had no problem telling me about new flavors & letting me sample with the cute lil spoons until I found just the right scoop. The app offers a free welcome scoop of ice cream. So all in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being awesome guys! I don't know their names but the workers were super cool, even showed me some beautiful ice cream cakes for an upcoming birthday! I will be back!!!!Parking: Plenty of parking. No issuesKid-friendliness: Great staff! Absolutely no reason not to bring kids here!!

Dry ice is not available for Ice cream cake delivery. No bags are available to carry your cake. The children working there could not care less. This seems to be the case at most locations.

Even though many sources such as their website, map sites, and even the sticker on their front door say this location opens up at 11am. The door remained locked and the lights turned off until later in the day. When questioned, the employee seemed oblivious and just shrugged. Nevertheless, I was able to get what I came in for and enjoy the rest of my day, despite the lack of any customer service.

Had such a great experience. We've been so disappointed in dairy Queen the last few visits that we decided to drive out of our way for Baskin Robbins. The employees were SO friendly, made small talk, offered samples and suggestions - it was awesome. The store was clean, the ice cream was great - we will be back :)

Chong I believe the manager served us poorly today. Went in with my 3 kids for ice cream after our haircuts. They each asked for a sample of a flavor, one ordered her flavor and was served. Then Chong skipped us to serve another behind us, (there were only two people behind us and they came in just after we did so it's not like we were taking too long) saying "if you're not ready I'll serve her" we were literally ready to order and were immediately offended that she'd just skip over us. She then got back to us and my two kids each asked for one more sample flavor and were both given the wrong flavor. She seemed annoyed that they wanted samples. That is part of the ice cream business to offer smallsamples. Being given the wrong flavor samples is dangerous, what if they'd had allergies, that's very dangerous to be that careless. Then we ordered and got our ice creams and they were very small scoops, ice chunks inside, and slightly melted already. When we've ordered with other staff they are not scooped this small. I didn't even order my own cone after all this annoyance with her service. Many of the ice creams we didn't order looked melted on top. We won't be back until we see a big banner advertising this is under new management. This is not Baskin Robbins quality service. And it's too bad, they have delicious flavors. Our business will go to Magill's now, even though it is more far away, at Jewell and Wadsworth, ice cream is homemade, ice cream cakes are more affordable, and service for SURE is more friendly and generous.

We have been visiting this BR location for a number of years. Yesterday, my 2 adult daughters and I (after eating the same things all day), picked up ice cream cones and we each ordered a different flavor. The daughter who ordered Rocky Road ice cream soon became violently ill. We have since learned that if ice cream is allowed to thaw even a bit, re-freezing it will not kill the Listeria bacteria. My daughter is still feeling pretty awful today, and we'll be visiting her doctor is she doesn't improve soon. Be warned, folks. And yes, we're going to let the store know.

To the owners of this location Silas (sp?) Is a star employee!!! He over heard a random comment and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make a customer happy! Rare find these days but he is someone you want to keep in your employment because he will be a big reason customers come back.

paid for extra caramel and didn't receive it. i didn't complain about it and moved on, then i needed to use the restroom and they tried to deny me because they didn't want "health concerns" and when i just said i needed to pee quickly and the restroom was nasty.

We ordered an ice cream cake for my daughters birthday and selected 11am pickup, which is when the store opens. My husband went and waited for over a half hour for the store to open. No employees were there and our daughter came sitting inside. So disappointing. He finally just left and we have to figure out a new cake in a few hours. Sadly, my daughter had her heart set on the basking ribbons one ?

I only give this place 5 stars because I was a difficult customer. They ran out of Hot Fudge ? for my Resess Peices Sunday!¿? and I told the young gal I didn't want it after she made it because there was no fudge.? Then she softly said and I could barely hear without her enthusiasm that "they had "Chocolate Sauce " but not hot fudge. So I changed my mind again and continued with the Sunday with Chocolate sauce. She was not happy with me. But enthusiasm can go along way. Especially when you scream for ice cream!!!!??‍♂️?

I was in there the other day and was completely discussed by the handling of the ice cream . Two skater teen boys , were working the counter , no gloves , one of them was licking his fingers and ice cream touched his face ?? it’s even offer to remake it. Just a terrible experience there and the manager needs to check on the staff they hire. The female staff that work there are awesome and we have no complaints. But because of the experience we had the other day, we will not be returning…..customers beware!!!

Because it is close, we go to this Baskin Robbins fairly often, and generally we have good results. The shop is always clean & the people that work there are usually friendly & prompt. The reason for the two stars is 80% of the time I order a cappuccino blast. It seems like every time the owner makes the cappuccino blast it comes out EXTREMELY weak flavored. I think she is trying to cut corners by adding extra ice and less ice cream-there have been many other occasions where this has been the case, so it isn't a onetime deal. These drinks have risen in cost quite a bit, so it is very irritating when you pay $8.99 for a medium sized drink, and it tastes more like ice than cappuccino. I do want to add, that all of the other employees do a good job.
