Even though many sources such as their website, map sites, and even the sticker on their front door say this location opens up at 11am. The door remained locked and the lights turned off until later in the day. When questioned, the employee seemed oblivious and just shrugged. Nevertheless, I was able to get what I came in for and enjoy the rest of my day, despite the lack of any customer service.
Had such a great experience. We've been so disappointed in dairy Queen the last few visits that we decided to drive out of our way for Baskin Robbins. The employees were SO friendly, made small talk, offered samples and suggestions - it was awesome. The store was clean, the ice cream was great - we will be back :)

Great staff. These kids were cool, fun & had no problem telling me about new flavors & letting me sample with the cute lil spoons until I found just the right scoop. The app offers a free welcome scoop of ice cream. So all in all a very pleasant experience. Thanks for being awesome guys!
