The staff of Edo Higan was incredibly accommodating on Valentine's Day - we, among many other couples who found ourselves stranded by the poor planning of a nearby restaurant found refuge in the exceptional staff at Edo Higan. They squeezed us in to their dining area, never made us feel like we interlopers, and we had an incredible dining experience. It's ok not amazing by far.I would definitely not order the miso cod appetizer again as it was really not very good at all. The sushi rolls and nagiri was all good but nothing stood out as noteworthy. The service is good and the interior is a bit bright harsh lighting otherwise would be much better.

Utah was our phenomenal server taking care of us. No reservations for us. Food was delightful we love to explore sushi restaurants around Denver Colorado e expose here so if you have one around me type go so you can live the life you want. I definitely will go back to @edo!
