My fiancé and I dined at Olive Garden tonight. At the end of our meal, while I was packaging my leftovers, I noticed a hair in my pasta sauce. I showed our waiter, and he immediately offered to have a fresh plate remade for me to take home, which I really appreciated.

Before our food had arrived earlier in the evening, the manager, John, had stopped by our table to introduce himself—which already felt like a thoughtful gesture. After the waiter addressed the issue, John came by again personally to apologize for the hair in my food. He not only arranged for my pasta to be remade, but he also gave us a generous discount on our bill, as well as provided us with a gift card to use on our next visit.

I was genuinely shocked by the level of customer care and the way John handled the situation. His professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to making things right turned an unfortunate moment into an incredibly positive experience. I left feeling very taken care of and grateful.

“The pizza here is the closest to NY Pizza we've found in South Metro Denver. It's consistently good. The service is top notch. The whole team are friendly. To the customers but especially to each other. Everyone seems to legitimately enjoy working here. We hardly ever eat out, but this place is worth it.“

“We've had the opportunity to eat at Homegrown Tap & Dough a few times since they've opened. I've been there with both my family with small kids and my friends. They never disappoint! We've had such an amazing experience there each time. The atmosphere is unbeatable, the food is amazing and they have a great selection of drinks! My kids love going to get food here, we were able to sit and dine in the gondola one of the times we had dinner and it made their night! They have free video games to keep the kids entertained while they're waiting for their food. Make sure to check out their beautiful fire place inside and their outdoor patio! You won't be disappointed!“

“New store on Remington. Great service very friendly staff bent over backwards for us to support a large party even though they were in the middle of a Grand Opening! My Daughter got nuts and tried to keep pizza warm in the oven as guest were late and caught box and pizza on fire. Marcos team made us another one at no charge!!!
