We love Dos~the food & service is outstanding and we’ve eaten there just about every week since they opened many years ago. But, on the west side of the restaurant, they recently added extremely bright lighting. It’s so bright, it reminds me of lighting in hospital Emergency Rooms! Other diners we know have complained to no avail. Needless to say, we’re disappointed & if you unfortunately get seated in that section, you might want to wear sunglasses ;)
My wife couldn’t figure out why she was reacting to the food when she had always gotten corn tortillas and tried different dishes. We were shocked to find that the chips aren’t gluten free unless you ask.I guess it’s on us for assuming they’re just typical corn chips. Luckily hers isn’t very severe but not indicating that somehow could really make someone with celiacs or another illness severely sick.Dietary restrictions: Ask for gluten free chips
