Bummer we stopped by at 11:15 am on a Thursday, it's lunchtime- the door says open 10:30. Locked up tight as a drum. Signs for carry out on the glass but Yelp says we can do takeout? Certainly not if the staff doesn't unlock the doors. We decided not to waste our time and went to a neighboring business instead. Gotta be open to make money. We wanted to support you, Noodles! So sad. Hope it's not permanent closure?
You need to stop sending drivers orders that should have already been canceled because the customer already picked it up before the driver received my request. Your inability to use the app right is costing me time and gas money. You need to show more respect for the hard work that I do. Figure out how to use the app, or don't use it. Quit wasting my time.

I always love noodles & co. because they have pretty good food and a variety for almost every food mood. There are sometimes minor issues, to me at least, like the noodles will be a little al dente (which i don't really love, sorry) and the noodles will sometimes stick together. Overall, though, I love noodles and company and try to go there at least once every few months!
