Ambience is good. What brought down the two stars is the poor customer service I received. I went there Saturday morning. After paying for my coffe the cashier after pumping some flavor in the glass left it at the side. There it remained. After she helped a customer behind me, she left my cup just sitting there. Okay, I only tried one item here and it is very deserving of the 5 star rating! The iced lavender & honey latte is perfection! I don't often make it to Littleton but I would come back for this. While sitting in here escaping the heat the iced tea seems to be a best seller everyone is ordering one! Pretty jealous I don't have one but I can't stop drinking the latte with spot on flavors! Edit: They ran out of ice a long time ago so I think that problem is solved by now.
