Not sure how this place stays open. I guess people like ordering food at an empty restaurant and getting burnt food that is somehow cold. I don’t know how that happens. I guess they have had practice. Just avoid this place unless you love disappointment.

Both my wife and I got the Double Bacon Cheese burger with tots. It was all good, hot, and fresh. The service was great. The staff there was friendly and seemed to enjoy their jobs. I highly recommend coming here. We will definitely be back to try something different on their menu.

Then reminded you while you were right in front of the kitchen and specifically said “Jake, can you make sure it doesn’t have onions?” Then you replied “yes”. Don’t tell people twice something you cannot deliver. It’s one button on the screen. You’re overpaid.

Used to be so good but this location has fallen off considerably. My girlfriend and I were the only 2 people in and somehow got both orders messed up. It would make some sense if it were busy, but it was dead as can be...and now I see why (at least they renovated the place!). It's been like this for months now and just not worth wasting the money anymore

This is an edit of a review I did a couple years ago when I loved their product. The last two times i had food delivered it came cold and soggy, but that is a review for DoorDash. This time, the burgers were pretty pink and we did not receive drinks. On a positive note, the customer service I received when I called about the missing drinks was stellar.
This location in the past had decent burgers for fast food.However for the last 3-4 times I’ve visited this location it’s been terrible, greasy, soggy, very poorly put together burger and it lacks so much as compared to what it use to be.There seems to have been some shift as it’s now a pattern of poor quality food and not a one time event.Unfortunately, it’s no longer a goto place. It’s that bad that it doesn’t deserve any more chances and doesn’t deserve anyone’s hard earned dollar.The service was average.The dining & bathroom were very clean tho.

My partner and I both ended up with food poisoning, we both ordered Colorado burgers and a side of Brussels and tots. Everything was fairly tasty and I would've gone again if it wasn't for hours of pain and having to leave work early because of my illness. Y'all didn't just give us food poisoning but directly are the cause of my loss of money. Ambience is nice I guess much fancier than old ones

I placed an order for a double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, onion, and pickles on the side, and I requested no sauce. However, when I received my order, I got a double bacon cheeseburger with lettuce on the side, and my burger had mayo and pickles on it. While I understand that mistakes can happen, it's worth noting that the order was confirmed correctly over the phone, so there seems to have been a mix-up along the way.
