I needed a Notary today, due to my poor planning, not realizing it is Veterans Day and banks are closed. I did an internet search and found the UPS Store in my neighborhood. I have lived in the area and have used this store in the past. I was pleasantly surprised today to learn the store has a wonderful new owner. Patti, the new owner helped with my needs. They even went above and beyond to help me obtain the proper form I needed to have notarized. Apparently, the form I found on-line did not have the proper verbiage at the bottom that a Notary needs to do their job. The store was steadily busy for a Saturday morning, but we were promptly greeted and asked what service we needed. We were then told someone would be with us soon. Patti made our experience extremely pleasant. They offer a wide range of services from copying, printing, shipping and postal boxes, just to mention a few. I highly recommend this UPS Store.

This store is beyond helpful every time I come in I utilize their email address to print things out and they are just so wonderful and go above and beyond every time I come in. They treat me like a small community store and know everyone by name. So quick too! Thank you for everything you do for us Littleton folks!

I wanted to get on here to give the manager at this location a 10 star review. I had a very important and sentimental package that was delivered to the wrong address. I was very upset and angry and ultimately let it out on The manager of this UPS location. Jill immediately responded to me with nothing but kindness and understanding. She went completely out of her way to help me. I have never been so impressed with customer service. Thank you Jill for all the help!!!

Moved here 6 months ago and have been going to this UPS store. I had something to do in Denver and also a package to mail. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! These guys are FABULOUS! Always ready to help in any way. I won't be going back to the Denver store!

ups store 2579 was the rudest place I've been too and denied me corporate number and email luckily the ups store on coal mine is very professional and can help with whatever you need. do not go to store 2579 go to the one on coal mine in Littleton to be treated with respect

I called this store from my home in Ohio with a complicated request, to pick up, pack, and ship a piece of furniture in Littleton to my home. I originally left a message, but within a very short time Laura Moya called back and, with courtesy, efficiency, and helpful cheer, set up everything; then she called back, shortly after, to say the piece had been picked up; and then again shortly after that to tell me the piece was packed and ready to go. It was all handled so well that it was a most pleasant experience.
