I needed a Notary today, due to my poor planning, not realizing it is Veterans Day and banks are closed. I did an internet search and found the UPS Store in my neighborhood. I have lived in the area and have used this store in the past. I was pleasantly surprised today to learn the store has a wonderful new owner. Patti, the new owner helped with my needs. This store is beyond helpful every time I come in I utilize their email address to print things out and they are just so wonderful and go above and beyond every time I come in. They treat me like a small community store and know everyone by name. So quick too! Thank you for everything you do for us Littleton folks!

I wanted to get on here to give the manager at this location a 10 star review. I had a very important and sentimental package that was delivered to the wrong address. I was very upset and angry and ultimately let it out on The manager of this UPS location. Jill immediately responded to me with nothing but kindness and understanding. She went completely out of her way to help me. I have never been so impressed with customer service. Thank you Jill for all the help!!!
