This place is crap. Not even slow service, how about No Service. Had to wipe down our own table and waited over 15 minutes to be completely ignored by the wait staff before leaving. Not even a “We’ll be with you in minute.” Zero acknowledgement. It was not even 30 percent full too. 0/5 stars don’t recommend ViewHouse Littleton. 👎
Good food but terrible service, went to this location and my server printed out an additional receipt, and then signed “my name” and it was obviously fake but she gave herself an additional tip…. As my name doesn’t start with an S so the signature was wrong. The manager was super rude when I confronted it.
After being here two years we thought is was finally time to try Viewhouse with a visiting friend.
We were the first table on a Sunday morning. First table. And only table for the 45 minutes we waited after ordering our food.
At that point our server finally disappeared for another 20 minutes to check.
Cue the food arriving over an hour after ordering. Cold. Cold food after waiting an hour. Friend ordered his steak medium and it came done as a steak can be.
