The absolute best gluten free pastries we’ve ever had. They have the friendliest staff and will even do customized orders to accommodate other allergies like donuts with duck eggs instead of chicken. We’ll never not be in Denver without going to Wave The Grain. In fact, we travel there just to pick up custom orders.
First stop at this location but have visited other location many times and absolutely love it. I did get one bad item this trip, which was a first. Odd colored blueberry muffin was very grainy and crumbly like the old gf stuff used to be, but I didn't pay attention to label and could been something for really limited diets, not sure.
