Sugar-free/ Keto options!I have looked high and low all around the Denver area for a sugar-free wedding cake and finally found Wave the Grain. Not only do they have sugar-free (a.k.a. keto) cupcakes, they will also make them into a full-size cake! This means I can have both a wedding cake and birthday cupcakes that I can actually eat, too!Amber has been wonderful working with me and this has become my go-to place for dessert. Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Their keto options are considered sugar-free. I would caution anyone against eating too much of the icing at one time, because it does have a little bit higher sugar content than absolute zero. But the little bit that they put on a cupcake is just right. Thank you for fulfilling this small niche in the dessert world.

The absolute best gluten free pastries we’ve ever had. They have the friendliest staff and will even do customized orders to accommodate other allergies like donuts with duck eggs instead of chicken. We’ll never not be in Denver without going to Wave The Grain. In fact, we travel there just to pick up custom orders.

First stop at this location but have visited other location many times and absolutely love it. I did get one bad item this trip, which was a first. Odd colored blueberry muffin was very grainy and crumbly like the old gf stuff used to be, but I didn't pay attention to label and could been something for really limited diets, not sure. Generally it doesn't matter here so I don't really pay attention but that one just wasn't good. But everything else was awesome, like normal. The Boston creme cupcakes and coffee cake were exceptional and worth calling out specifically. The carrot cake cupcakes were ok (little drier and too much clove or something that wasn't to our tastes but still pretty good, just not as amazing as everything else). Other assortment of goodies we got were excellent. So moist and good, better than gluten containing stuff. Shows the possibilities with alternative flours, vegan, and non-dairy ingredients in the right hands. Sweet Chai was also awesome, better than I remember. Glad we don't live closer or I'd have a serious weight problem.

I reached out via email to inquire about the oils used in their baked goods, and I was quite disappointed to learn that they use canola oil. It's disheartening when companies market themselves as offering healthier alternatives but then use ingredients like canola oil, which is known to be inflammatory and not ideal for health. I hate to leave negative reviews, but I believe it's important for companies to be held accountable for the ingredients they use in their products. They did respond to my concern, explaining that they're unable to afford healthier oils due to the cost. However, they did offer to use healthier oils for custom orders if I'm willing to pay the extra cost, which I do appreciate.

Fantastic flavors and great friendly service. The prices are high enough however that I'll completely disregard this place in the future. I'd love to come back, but there's just no way I'm going to pay 20$ for a loaf of bread. I respect what you do, but its just not for me and my budget. My apologies for the rant, but I'm not subtracting any stars either. All the best ?

I've used Wave the Grain for my daughter's past two birthdays because they accommodate for our gluten and dairy allergies. Everyone at our party loves the cake and cupcakes and has no idea that they're allergy restricted. Amber did an absolute fanatic job decorating her cake this year, we were blown away!! This bakery for obvious reasons will be a family tradition of ours for years in the future!Dietary restrictions: Vegan, dairy and gluten free options that don't even taste like it!! It's the best dietary restricted bakery we've found yet!

They have so many INCREDIBLE desserts and the kicker is that most are vegan. Seriously they are just as good or better than non-vegan items. The staff is lovely and the space is relaxing.

My best friend was in town visiting to celebrate her birthday and I wanted to find her some gluten free cupcakes. I came across Wave The Grain and was delighted to hear that Friday is cupcake day! I picked up 6 different cupcakes (all equally delicious) and some banana bread. The consistency of the cupcakes and bread were so smooth and soft! No one could even tell it was gluten free. Thankful to have this spot nearby and will definitely return!

I LOVE Wave the grain. I found them Years ago through instagram because they had yummy vegan treats, and a few years later I had to have Celiac safe places to eat, perfect for me they are both. Best baked goods EVER!

Great place to get gluten-free bakery products. They have a wide variety of options including dairy-free, vegan, and keto. The owner was very friendly and helpful with answering questions. The one thing I was disappointed about was finding out the keto cupcake frosting had sorbitol in it. Free parking - easy in and out.

A delicious allergy-friendly bakery! A friend and I were interested in trying out their Gluten, dairy, and soy-free sourdough bread so I went to pick up an order. Even though the website states that it’s free of all the things I listed above, when I got there, they said that they spray the pan with a soy spray and I am allergic to soy. I wish they would opt to use a more neutral oil that’s allergy-friendly, such as avocado oil spray. I was not able to pick up a loaf so that was super disappointing, but the ladies who work there were so gracious to order me a custom loaf, free of all the things, and at no extra charge. It took about a week to get a loaf for myself, but it was worth the wait! It was so delicious even though it felt super dense, it was the perfect texture and great for slicing to make some toast. The sourdough loaves were $15 a piece so not the cheapest but for a fresh gluten-free bread, it’s worth it! I also got some pumpkin and chocolate breads, each for six dollars a piece so it’s definitely a splurge but they were delicious especially when you heat them just slightly. I’m so glad that the bakery is just a short trip down the road from my house. I’ll definitely be making more trips here soon!
