Every time we order online, we arrive at the pick up time and then still have to wait an additional 20 minutes to get the food. If this was a one off experience I would not complain…but every time for the last 6 orders??? Don’t bother ordering online…it does not save you any

I typically like the sandwiches at Firehouse, but service was very poor at this location. Do not expect a quick stop here. I waited 12 minutes before being acknowledged by any of the several employees working behind the counter even though there was only one other customer in the store, waited at an empty register to order, then even longer after I placed my order. Bathroom out of soap, drink station was out of tea, overall not well maintained.

We got a large order and they did great keeping all the sandwiches organized and ensuring that the modifications requested were adhered to. They were friendly and helpful. I got the steak and peppers (Philly cheese steak) sandwich and a pickle spear which did not disappoint.
Smaller portions than I expected for a sandwich that cost over 11.00. Tasted good though.

The lunch time manager should be fired never seen someone fail so hard as a manager. Waited thirty minutes for a sandwich after ordering at the register. Food comes out and It was a small sub. I ordered a medium but the manager continues to tell me that even though I paid for a medium. They only have smaller size white bread and that's what I get, and acts like I've never been there and ordered a medium. firehouse get you act together and hire a new manager.. this is lonetree for heavens sake.

Since when do (actual in person) customers have to wait because a grub hub driver comes in 3 minutes after you do? You don't STOP filing your current order. Customer service skills are MINIMAL here. We won't be back.
