Terrible. Live two minutes from store, delivery didn’t arrive after one hour of ordering. Called to cancel, asked to confirm name on order and was told, it’s the order associated with this phone number, and was hung up on. Store is really living up to its reviews.

This is by and large the worst JJ's location. Unfortunately they are the easiest option close to work. There is ABSOLUTELY nothing Freaky Fast about this location. I would say on average it takes them 45+ minutes just to get the food made and then an indeterminate amount of time for delivery. I will just pay the extra for DoorDash to get Jersey Mike's. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Based on other reviews, Shame on corporate and management for not fixing this location

The guy forgot to put turkey on my Beach Club, and I didn’t see it until I got home. Paid for a sandwich with just lettuce, tomato, cheese, spread, and no meat.The kids should pay more attention to detail instead of talking to each other.

I've gone to this location a lot and the past few times I've received sandwiches without the add ons I ordered and one time I was missing a sandwich. On the bright side, the man delivered my missing sandwich to my work about 5 minutes away which was very kind. Along with that I contacted jimmy John's about missing add ons on my sandwich and a man named Logan helped tremendously. His customer service was exceptional and he made things right. I will continue to eat here and hope there is more attention to detail when making online orders.

Been to this location 5-6 times. Other than the menu being confusing AF, the service has always been friendly and the sandwich made to order.
This location shouldn’t even fall under Jimmy John’s and the slogan is “freaky fast” more like freaking slow employees can’t seem to find the urgency to make sandwich’s. Don’t even want to talk about delivery time takes over an hour to deliver a sandwich. Would not recommend anyone going to this location.

I've ordered from this Jimmy Johns dozens of time since I've lived in this neighborhood over the last few years. Overall the sandwiches and service have been good. I had a few issues on a couple order where a big chunk was missing out of the bread and that was annoying. I placed an order tonight and when I arrived after 6pm they were busy and only one girl appeared to be working! She must of had a big order come in because their were multiple subs stacked up on the countertop. Anyways, my Summer Wrap was not ready and she was friendly explaining they were out of the ingredients (Peanut Sauce I think) and asked if I wanted something different. I decided I didn't want anything different and asked for a refund and a printed receipt. She was patient and printed out a receipt that said VOID and got back to getting the other peoples subs made. I would imagine she was under a lot of stress dealing with all that at once and I appreciate it. Thanks

I typically really enjoy JJs, but this location didn't meet the mark. The sandwich just wasn't very good and the service was sub-par (took over 15 minutes for them to acknowledge me, which I wouldn't have stood for if I hadn't done an online order that was supposedly to already have been done).
