Fabian with Outpost Eatery far exceeded my expectations! I booked his truck for a class reunion in our tiny little of Kiowa, CO! Communication was on point. No misunderstandings. He was punctual, efficient, and friendly. He even supported one of the local establishments for dinner which I thought said a lot about his character. All that, and the food was incredible! Great New Mexico style food. The chili relleno burrito, Christmas Style was delish. True green chili sauce! the Elote and truffle fries were wonderful. Don't skip the cheesecake chimichanga!

The food was absolutely fabulous and the gentlemen were superstars! Running orders like crazy with smiles and genuine passion at an outdoor festival. It was clear they love what they do and are darn amazing at it!
