The food was absolutely fabulous and the gentlemen were superstars! Running orders like crazy with smiles and genuine passion at an outdoor festival. It was clear they love what they do and are darn amazing at it!

Fabian with Outpost Eatery far exceeded my expectations! I booked his truck for a class reunion in our tiny little of Kiowa, CO! Communication was on point. No misunderstandings. He was punctual, efficient, and friendly. He even supported one of the local establishments for dinner which I thought said a lot about his character. All that, and the food was incredible! I had the philly steak sandwich and Elote corn and it was out of this world! I highly highly recommend Outpost Eatery for your private event or if you see them out and about somewhere!!! Great New Mexico style food. The chili relleno burrito, Christmas Style was delish. True green chili sauce! the Elote and truffle fries were wonderful. Don't skip the cheesecake chimichanga!

The elote corn was on point. Great spice mixture and not too much of anything. That hit the spot. I also ordered a fish taco to go with the salty lime infused brew that I was drinking... After the first bite I could instantly smell bad fish smell. I know it seems sus, but fresh fish should not smell sus. To me, this indictaed that the fish was frozen and either was old or thawed out improperly before frying. Breading was crisp, but for a guy my size, not finishing a taco means that I was fearing Montezuma's revenge big time! Didn't ask for money back, truck dudes seemed nice and awesome. Good guys, old fish.

One of the best cheeseburgers I have ever had! It was cooked in duck fat and was very juicy and had all the fixings! Their fries and mac and cheese are incredible side options, the fries are also some of the best fries you will have! The guys that made up my food were very friendly and offered great customer service

This is hands down one of our favorite places to eat and drink. The food truck and sit down restaurant serve some of the best food in all of Colorado. There’s something for everyone and it’s incredible. The chef and the owner are both top notch. Just the best.

The food was overpriced and mediocre. My cheese steak sandwich was soggy, and the steak was very fatty. The service was incredibly slow. We had a party of 3, two of us were done eating before the 3rd persons food even came out. The staff was gathered at the end of the bar socializing and ignoring customers. Won’t be returning...

A friend and I went to the restaurant on Saturday, and it was so so so fun! We started with a little Tingala, and the food (Coops Wings and fries) was terrific. Every time our waitress came to check on us, she would apologize for taking so long. I thought that was odd, because she was doing a great job. We found out later that a table of 20 people in the back was in a hurry and complaining all the time, which made her feel bad. I thought she was terrific. And we had lots of fun. ?The owner Fabian and his staff are welcoming and personable, and always make us happy we went. Looking forward to our next visit.
