First and last time I come here only because I didn't like the food taste. I also asked for a mango smoothie but they told me someone broke in at the middle of the night and stole their blender. Also I'm pregnant so I couldn't have any other drinks or teas aside from fountain drinks. The customer service was great but this place is over rated. I was also refunded for my drink which I appreciate ❤️Oh and this place is expensive.

We picked up sandwiches here this evening. I paid extra for avocado on mine. They gave me close to a 'speck' of an avocado.Infact, I had to put my own avocado on when I got home so youcould actually see it. Requested chippotle aioli on the side; it wasput on my sandwich. Female taking our order was not friendly inthe least. Have not been at this location for awhile. It looked rundown and old. Will make sure we don't go to this location again.

Man, I was really excited and I ordered a Broccoli and cheddar bread bowl. I was really looking forward to it for my lunch for work....Tell me why they gave me a creamy chicken and rice cup. I am actually mad because I paid extra and I made the assumption since it says the correct thing on my receipt, that I would receive the correct thing. I'm not usually this upset but I paid extra for something really gross ??? I want my money back please.

Ever since they added in these fast lane kiosks, service has gone down so bad. I walked in ordered my food on the kiosk, was waiting there for at least 4 minutes No one starting my order. A lady walks in after Ive already been waiting, orders with the worker and gets her food before mine even gets started. The workers have no sense of urgency here.

Panera is a rip off like every other place these days. Paid $6 for one bagel and they don’t even put the cream cheese on it, you have to do it yourself. They were also out of milk when we went on a Sunday morning so couldn’t order coffee. Prices are not worth it.

The credit card machine was down. When my mom's card didn't work the staff person gave her a really dirty look. Embarrassed my 94 year old mother. They don't serve milk with their oatmeal. And the croissants were old and dried out.
Pretty dirty overall.Food is ok.A cookie is over $4! What is happening to the world that a cookie is over $4!!

Team members are very toxic to each other very toxic working environment. They fired Me for not coming in when I just got in a car accident and I was stuck in the hospital. Also they didn't even put me on the schedule after they trained me. So I figured I shouldn't come in. And they fired me for not coming in when I wasn't scheduled. The people that work here are very rude and disrespectful to one another. And they're all there for selfish gain. Only work here if you wanna work with people full of double standards. Like I wouldn't expect an employee to come in if they weren't scheduled. Safety anyways what goes around comes around and karma will bite you.
