We went to Renzios because we've had it before in another mall and it was delicious! This Renzios was overpriced and the food was subpar. The falafel was bland and wasn't fried long enough so it fell apart, chicken was super dry and flavorless, potatoes were soggy, and barely any tzatziki sauce on the pita or the plate. Service was a little slow and short, but took our order and served up my food quickly. I ordered a traditional gyro and it was very good. Nicely warmed pita, freshly sliced meat, Tzatziki sauce and feta with a few veggies. Enjoyed every bite! Price was a couple $$ too high, but normal for a mall. A worthy choice with all the options.

I’m pretty sure the requirements to work here are Bad attitude, inability to understand and speak English and use your bare hands. Renzios used to be so good- food is still decent- but service is atrocious. Chris Rentzio would be ashamed!! Tried asking what the chicken is made with- as in - the marinade…. They showed me the chicken 3 times and said “bbq sauce or tzatziki and lettuce”. Quite over priced as well.
