When trying out a new burger place, before coming to this location I thought that how the food tasted was the most important. This place reminded of why that was wrong. The person who got our order was snappy and annoying and yelled at us at one point if she could help us find anything. We also had to wait for our order which would have not been a big deal if anything we had ordered wasn't something that was supposed to be very popular though. Food was as expected for the items we got. The order was missing items. We initially were checking the bag to see if we received everything, but the cashier stared at us the entire time until we left without all of the items we paid for. Edit: How about instead of addressing it with your team you do something more responsible? Like refund the items that weren't included. That'd be a compelling response.
