My new favorite summer spot. The food is incredible and the people are kind. Not to mention front row tickets to a nice airshow during chow time. The hardest part is deciding whether to tell everyone or keep it to myself.

Coming here as a local of Longmont is very fun! The food is good, and prices are reasonable, but the best part is being able to watch planes take off and land, and skydivers. Very good place for aviation fans.

Walking in hungry and being greeted by three of the sweetest, friendliest, welcoming smiles is always a good place to start. I always like asking for recommendations. If I didn't, I think I would always go to something familiar and never give myself an opportunity to try something new. The selection was a breakfast sandwich called the "Middle Seat." I consider myself to be a bit of a foodie. I have cooked all my life and am very particular. While waiting for my sandwich to be prepared, I watch the chefs walking around the tables and ask how the food was. They also took away finished plates (not a part of the job), and were generally very hospitable. My sandwich was delivered and truth be told, I could not make one recommendation that would have made it taste any better. From bun choice, to freshness of vegetables and attention to detail. What impressed me was that the largeness of the bun made the staff cook to fill it. I shall return.

My custom ordered bacon and cheddar cheese breakfast sandwich with lettuce and tomato was so good I forgot to take a picture. This place is exceptional, it doesn't hurt to be next to the airport. Definitely make this a place on your list to stop.

I ordered Single Engine - ONE 1/3 lb Angus burger seasoned with cheddar. Not cooked all the way through. Asked for pickles, did not receive any. WAY to much bread. The thin little beef patty was so small and did not fit the bun. The cheese wasn't fully melted and the lettuce was getting old. My husband had the Rocket Brat, said there was too much bread and the onions weren't sauteed enough. The whole meal was not worth the price.
