I am so glad our family tried Paleteria La Michoacana. It’s a unique experience in Longmont, and the staff is friendly and generous with the ice cream. My daughter and I shared a banana split, which we loved. They have a very wide variety of flavors, but we went with the traditional vanilla, chocolate and strawberry. I always come here for the “fresas con crema” best ive ever tried! Love how the cream is actually cream and not just watery sweet milk like a lot of places! Was craving a cold drink since it was a hot day. Worker recommended A few drinks but i went with the agua fresca! I got the pineapple one and i got to say it was absolutely delicious and loved how it was made out of natural pineapple!
