Even with a mobile order, 25 minutes sitting in line and I still haven’t made it to the physical building to pick up my order. Not only is Taco Bell pricing themselves like a sit down restaurant without the service, it actually takes longer to go through the drive up than it would’ve been to go an actual sit down restaurant.

I came all the way from Estes Park craving Taco Bell, my food was all wrong there were items missing, my black bean crunch wrap had ground beef in it not black beans and the wrapper said black beans veggie box. I wrote to them in the app about my experience and of course no one got back to me. So I will never waste my hour and a half drive, my gas or my taste buds on them ever again.

It's Taco Bell. Every Taco bell has the same "can't get out" drive thru. Simply, if you have something negative about this location, then don't go! Other than that, staff AND management are fantastic. They're definitely doing the best they can with what they got.

Worst taco bell in town. Horribly understaffed and incredibly slow. They deserve to struggle to find employees with the poverty wages they offer.

I pulled up one morning to get breakfast and the guy said they werent ready to open. I have not seen this taco bell open until way past 10am.When i pulled up that morning it was 8am.I dont understand why the hours havent been changed on the building or online. Just sad.

Horrible, horrible horrible. Filthy and so nasty I walked in and walked straight out after trying to use restroom. Nasty dirty , literally could not get out of there fast enough. Did not use any services. I would not eat here or even go back it was disgusting , can't imagine what my food would be like. Nope, it is unhealthy and just not a place I would EVER go to again.

Well they did not disappoint. Again issues with orders. Wife went to get me a breakfast burrito , steak, and instead came home with a crunch wrap. Well they got the steak part right.I got a crunch wrap, steak, but it was not spread out through the wrap, it was clumped to one quarter area of the wrap. With each bite, you got something different. It is so frustrating to go there because you can never be sure what you are going to get. Two thing you can be sure to get are slow service and issues with your order. I go there because they provide breakfast after 1030 hrs and it is close.

Drive through speed was fine. Whoever they hire to make assemble food is horrible. Never once have I had an order from this location without 1 or more items messed up/missing. Really should just stop going to a location that hires sub par employees.
