We've been loyal customers here since they opened. The food is always delicious and worth the money. However, after our experience tonight we will never go back and we'll encourage others not to frequent this establishment as well.We got home and were missing one of our meals. No biggie, we'll just call and see if they can refund it to our card. My husband called and as soon as he said we got home without one of the meals that we paid for, the lady hung up on him. So he called back and no one answered. He tried again and still no one answered. So he went back to the restaurant and asked for our missing meal or a refund. They did provide the missing meal, even though it was it was wrong. We also asked to speak with a manager and not only is there no manager on duty, they refused to call a manager or anyone in charge. Awful, awful customer service.

The day I was a very bad-tempered girl, I gave her my card and while they were giving me the food she looked out the window kissing the other boy and she gave me the food and I didn't even thank her or say I have a good day or anything and I was wow because There was always someone very kind and so I didn't want to go back there.

The food here is great, and portions will likely give you a couple of meals. Service is good, there does not seem to be a full wait staff - but it's not that kind of restaurant. Most people seem to grab and go, though there is plenty of seating inside for large families or groups to dine in.
Unfortunately I had some arrogant young punk who just hung out in the back looking through the window and it took over 20 minutes for my order which I called in 10 minutes earlier Will not go back here again if you can talk to someone nicely and have them be nice in return you need to hire somebody else with the heck of a lot less attitude. Very unfortunate ruined my dining experience!

So yummy! I’ll never go to taco start again as long as this place is around! I ordered a drink and 5 rolled tacos and when the total was like 9$ I almost thought he didn’t get my order correct.. good food , good price , didn’t wait longer then 5-7

Best place to get burritos in Longmont. I've been to all the recommended places in this town & this one is hands down the best with the best variety in salsas.
(t should be noted that I tried to contact the restaurant prior to writing this review.)Tacos - Carnitas and Carne Asada - I’m being generous if I say that the meat was just dried out. The beef was bordering on way too old.(Also, the street taco entrée was four dollars more than what it said online.)The burrito deluxe was barely passable. Wayyyyy too salty. And cold. And, after paying $30 for four tacos and a burrito, ($34 with a coke,) one would think that asking for sour cream since it was in the photo, and there was none on the dish, was not too much to ask.But. Nothing.I’d like my money back. Is that still a thing? Can you get your money back when food is not good and it’s supposed to be?
