The food used to be so good Even though it was a little overpriced for what you got but they took half of the items they had before off the menu and what they were replaced with looked disgusting not even worth trying and the service was slow and there was three tables in there It shouldn't have taken that long for somebody to come give us menus or to take our order And they didn't even get my order right and it was the simplest thing

Jack Daniel's burger is still as good as ever. I don't like chain restaurants, although I'm not anything like the lady who doesn't want to go to Cheesecake Factory. Some chains are decent, the kids had never been to a Friday's so,we wanted them to try it. They enjoyed it as well. We all enjoyed burgers and fries. Mozzarella sticks, chips, and salsa to start. Service was good. Attentive. Atmosphere from where we were sat wasn't great. One TV, and they didn't even have the World Series on until it was in the 6th inning. No other sports were really on. Oh well.

I want to be clear that the low stars for service is for the manager of the establishment. I felt so bad for everyone else in the restaurant that was working hard to help customers, and then you see the manager that instead of helping people that were coming in to pick up their to go orders she decides just to stand at the bar and speak to, what I’m guessing is a friend she knows. The bartender was very nice and kept trying to find someone that would be able to help me, while she just stood there, and stared at me without offering to help. If anything, I think the bartender should be the one who is in charge of the restaurant when he’s paying more attention than she was, mind you, he had a full bar

We stopped as a group of 4 to get some drinks eat then go to a haunt. The bar tender kept us happy laughing a great atmosphere and definitely will be back.

service was great, food was great. A patron bringing in a non-service dog into a food establishment - not great. Colorado law says only service animals are allowed. People nowadays feel their dogs are allowed wherever they are. What about people who do not want animals near their food or have pet dander allergies? Server immediately said this woman's dog was a service animal. No, it was not. Establishments are allowed, by law, to ask two questions. What service does the dog perform and can you have the dog demonstrate that task?I will rethink going to the TGIFriday's inLongmont until they no longer allow pets in a food establishment.

Best meal I had while in Colorado. Food was good, service was ok. Dinner was.loads better than at the Hilton where I was staying.Parking: Parking is right in front of the restaurant.

Always a fun time at TGIF, our waitress Destiny was great. She bought us dessert for our 37th anniversary. Our first date was at TGIF FTW way back in 1986! The food and service was great. However, Wish you still had teriyaki Steak on a stick!
