“What. A. Find. Sushi Leo looks like nothing on the outside, but is truly remarkable. The inside is so cute and quaint. My friend and I both commented, simultaneously, about how cute it was as soon as we walked in. It is absolutely precious. Our waiter, who was the only one for the entire place that night, seated us right away and I could see him hustling and nearly running from table to table to provide the best, most outstanding service. They do have a small happy hour menu from 4pm to 630pm with a few beers one white or red wine for $4 and sake. My friend and I got the wine, which was a generous pour a d noy bad for $4. We ordered edamame for $5 and one regular and one spicy miso soup. The spicy miso wasn't that spicy, but still a very tatsy, rich and delicious broth. We then split two sushi rolls, which were delicious. The tempura shrimp fell a part a little bit, but the philly was delicious and full of fresh salmon and light on rice, so you can really taste the fish. We had lots of questions about the menu and our waiter was so kind and helpful with us. Honestly, one kd of the nicest servers I have had. I ended up ordering the chicken katsu curry udon and my friend ordered shrimp shumai and broiled yellowtail for her meal. They warned us her meal wouls take 20 minutes because it is made fresh. We both really enjoyed our meals and the chicken katsu was very good. Nice, rich, curry broth with noodles that were tender, but plump and fried chicken that went really well with the broth. I wasn't expecting such a large portion, but ate it all and enjoyed it thoroughly! Service was amazing and our waiter even tried to help split our appetizers that we shared from our main dishes, which was unbelievably kind. We left feeling as if we'd just found the most unbelievable hidden gem and yet, loved it so much, we don't want to keep it a secret.“
