“Gosh, I wish I could remember our server's name, but she was absolutely incredible. I do know that she's married to someone else who works there and I definitely recommend her. I would just walk in and say that you want to sit in the mine shaft table with the ones server who's married to the other employee that works there and I'm sure they'll know who you're talking about. “We found this place in the Hop Passport and have been here a few times now. This is an amazing place with a great location. It is a very well laid out house with tons of rooms and bathrooms. The exterior is also well laid out with tables and chairs and a deck I the front lawn and then a garage bar as well.”

“We recently held our son's and our new daughter-in-law's rehearsal dinner at Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and every detail was perfect! Emilio and Mike provided helpful guidance every step along the way and ensured that our event went smoothly. We had a large party (44 people) and they recommended that we hold our event in the heated patio area for more privacy which was a great call. Our amazing servers Julie and Ilona are top notch and didn’t miss a beat. From helping us set up/decorate the tables to taking our orders to promptly serving/clearing dishes after each course to ensuring that no one waited for beverages, their service was flawless! And the food! Everyone raved about how delicious each dish was. I forgot to take photos of all my dishes but included a few to show how beautiful/tasty they look/are! It's hard to pick a favorite dish since we ordered just about everything on the menu and it was all delicious! Great cocktails and wine list too! A special callout to our new in-laws (the Francas and the Englishs of Thornton) for recommending Parma! We highly recommend Parma Trattoria & Mozzarella Bar and their talented/customer focused team for their delicious food, inviting atmosphere, and outstanding service!”

The pastries are good, but a bit overpriced and I’ve had better pastries in other French bakeries in the area. The outdoor garden/patio is just ok. I went there with my parents and my newborn and I had trouble finding a comfortable spot to sit. It would be great if they added more real chairs in the back and fixed some of the tables that were partly broken.”

What stops this from being 5 stars, is the chashu, it was a tiny portion and very overcooked. The tsukemen was very tasty, but broth was too thin and not as rich/concentrated as it should be.

“I just order the 2 pk of baguettes from Amazon and all I can say is Thank you, Thank you, Thank you! I thank you because I have a fairly rare genetic disorder where i cannot have iron in my food. Per the ingredients and nutritional information there is NO iron in this bread. I will probably buy again and again. Too much iron is damaging to one’s liver so finding foods without iron is a tough feat. I put the bread in my toaster oven and easily achieved a great crispy crust. We couldn’t stop eating it! It’s really is so good!”

“The hotel is clean, has great amenities, great breakfast, an outstanding pool, beautiful outdoor courtyard, and is conveniently located and surrounded by great restaurants, and the staff were all exceptional! Tammie at the front desk was always so helpful and nice and the gentleman, who had actually just started working at the café, was so nice and had outstanding customer service. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms, especially the one with the balcony, were so warm and inviting! We highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely return.”

“Just had dinner with family & everything was incredible. The decor is interesting, there’s tons to look at. Even the mismatched and kitschy dinnerware. We enjoyed the jalapeño poppers, fried pickles and okra. The cauliflower tacos, brisket sandwich, steak mac and cheese and beyond burger were all made perfect and came out hot and quick. They even split my nieces’ mac in separate bowls without us asking. Our server, AJ, was friendly and timely! Thanks for the good time Waterloo 🫶!”

I think someone else had called in sick and they weren't able to find anyone else to come in - There were only two employees and a constant stream of customers and your staff busted a gut to make everyone's sandwiches as fast as humanly possible!
