If I could I'd give 0 stars this place succccccksssss ,ordered $60 worth of food and waited over an hour for delivery to receive Luke warm cold pizza and wings , ridiculous,called and was told drivers really busy tonight be there soon, I drove back up there and got full refund ,I'll never order from here again , stay away from this place for anything

Confusing online ordering. Ordered a large square pizza with extra pepperoni and received large pepperoni but half cheese and half pepperoni and when I called the store I was informed I ordered wrong. Mmk. Will not be ordering again.

I have been ordering from this location since my kids were in pre-school and they are now over 21 - so, a long time. The service and quality of the food has slipped tremendously over the last year or so. I’ve called to complain and to ask what has changed. The new owner has raised costs and delivery fees and taken away standard coupons. I reached out one last time and imparted the history I’ve had with this location and left my number. Never heard from anyone. The last order I placed totaled over $100 and the pizzas arrived burnt. See the pic. Skip this place. It’s no longer good and they clearly don’t care.

Pizza, breadsticks, & house restaurant ranch were epic! But the guy who placed, prepared & presented our order (so sorry, can't remember his name) - made for a short, but even more amazing experience!!!Great food, friendly, personable service & recommend 10,000 times over!!!

Don't have a deal that was done for years(pizza & pint of ice cream for $14.99 before outrageous delivery fees of 5+ dollars). Cheapest pizza before crazy fees and tipping if you're a decent person is $15.99 large 3 topping. Add $10 or a few more for a 2 liter & you arrive at $30. This is BLACKJACK pizza right?!?!?

Ordered one thin crust pizza and one hand tossed. Got two hand tossed. Was supposed to have peppers and other items on one pizza. Was only on half of one. Other pizza was bbq. Half had the wrong toppings. Delivery was only five minutes over estimated which is fine. For the price I paid I'm disappointed. Not coming back.Edit: Got reached out to by the general manager and was genuinely trying to make it right with me for my experience. I've seen very few places like this have management like this that actually cares as I've worked at a pizza place in the past myself. I'll definitely be going back to them for future orders to try more items off of their menu.
Very disorganized ordering experience. Placed my order via the website and arrived at the restaurant 25 minutes later. They told me they did not have an order after I told them what I placed. Troubleshooting this was not helped by the fact that, for whatever reason, I was not sent a confirmation email after the order (although I was charged, so the order did go through). After a few minutes they told me my order came through and it would be ready in 15. I was hungry and in a hurry to get home, so after they brought it out, I headed home, took a look... and saw they gave me the wrong order. Not at all impressed with my first experience ordering here.

For the size and number of toppings, this XL Santa Fe pizza was a great deal. The pizza itself was good, not anything special but about as expected. Only complaint is that they went heavy on the red onion, too much for me.

10/5 stars. I ordered a couple pizzas last night to my hotel at 8:57, not knowing the place closed at 10. Delivery was estimated 45 minutes.9:45 rolls around, nothing, 10, nothing, I’m feeling dumb/guilty for not checking the time BUT at around 10:20 I get a call from the front desk saying my zza’s are here.Praise to be the tall delivery man with long curly hair who got it out here despite the store closing at 10, despite him having more work to do back at the shop. Solid guy, great tasting pizzas.

I called BlackJack in Louisville at 10:30am this morning to place a pizza delivery order for my daughter's birthday party. The delivery time was set at 1:15 PM. When the pizzas had not shown up by 1:20 I called the store. The manager of the store told me that they got "really busy" and the delivery car would not be back at their store for another four minutes. He assured me that once the car was back, they would arrive at my location which was less than a 10 minute drive. 25 minutes later when the pizzas had still not arrived, I called back with no other option but to tell them to cancel my order. I had 15 hungry kids sitting at a table with no pizza and only 15 minutes left at our party reservation time. Thankfully, the kids were able to fill up on ice cream cake but I will certainly never place an order at this location again and I would discourage anyone from going there. What terrible service and absolutely no remorse from the store manager. The manager said that "it is just what happens at lunchtime", which is exactly why I placed the order at 10:30 in the morning rather than calling them at noon.

Blackjack Pizza in Louisville, CO. This place charges $5 delivery fee, and then expects a driver tip on top of that, yet the driver can't even get the delivery right. He delivered to a neighbor two blocks away. When I called Blackjack about the mistake, they didn't care. No free pizza, not even a coupon. I won't be ordering from this place ever again.P.S. The delivery fee goes to the owner, not the driver.
