Low sulfite food that’s way over priced, food not being stored properly nor served in a clean safe manner, the owner still haven’t payed their employee their last check and is an over all douche. Try Gques bbq much better flavor and quality ingredients.

Ordered on the app and was sent an email confirmation stating I had 30 min to pick up which was perfect since I live in Erie & there was bad road conditions due to the snow.Partly there, I receive a phone call saying “we are out of wings and would you like replacement meats.....AND...we are short staffed so we are closing early....can you get here quickly?!”Me:Yes, I will get there as fast as I can in these road conditions.”They call me while I’m looking for the place because they were so concerned about leaving early. I got there before 7pm. Google currently says they are still open until 9pm.2 stars because the meat I received was good.

This Dickey's location is hidden in a mixed use part office part retail building complex. The interior looked like you stepped into the 1940s as it was quite old and shabby and the employees lacked any enthusiasm in their jobs but we're helpful in figuring out to work the app which they later lamented. The meat was dry and didn't have that flavorful taste I've come to expect from other Dickey's location. As a lover of BBQ, I'd probably skip this location for future visits but would return if service improves.

Customer service was a 5 star! Me being a chef for 12 years.. I give this place a one.. first off it's not busy and the soda machine has no ice.. second off my loaded potato casserole wasn't garnished with cheese or green onion.. it was just potato.. the ribs I ordered were just luke warm.. if that.. what really pissed me off was my fried okra! He said it would take 10 to 15 min.. cuz they air fry my okra!!! Which turned out garbage.. I asked why don't you have a fryer?? His response was cuz the city doesn't let us.. okay so McDonald's down the street doesn't have a fryer??... .. threw my meal away! Won't even go back! Save your time responding. Dickeys used to be good! If they closed down it wouldn't even be a loss now.

If I were reviewing the customer service alone, it would be 5 stars. I've eaten there twice and the person behind the counter was extremely customer oriented and friendly. However, the food was not up to the $17 I spent. Some of the brisket end pieces were so hard that they were inedible. When I tried to bite into them, they tasted stale, old, and were dry. The counter person happily gave me a little extra brisket to make up for it, which was very accommodating. The okra was completely bland and flavorless. The cabbage slaw was excellent, however, and not too sweet, which was great. But the meal did not fill me up. The serving size was small for the price. I'm now feeling a little sick and wondering if it had something to do with those stale brisket ends.

Called my order in before I picked up food last night. The person I spoke with on the phone didn't even ask for my name for the order. When I got there to pick up the food the drink was incorrect but that was an easy fix. Got home and the two ribs they gave in their two meat platter had barely any meat on them. Also ordered a sandwich. The bread was crumbly and hard. I took one of the rolls and tapped it against the table and it sounded like a rock and were inedible. They forgot my coleslaw. The quality of food was awful and after spending 40 dollars there I was still hungry afterward. They said they would give me a 50 percent refund. Not sure if it is actually going to happen but I for sure will never come back to this location. They should really just put that dairy queen back in that location. Also on the website don't advertise slices of cheddar cheese when it's really just nasty old store-bought shredded cheddar. When I brought this to the managers attention he told me that wasn't true? Lol look at the website.

I thought the food was great, and the service was friendly and quick. The guys running the place really care about the quality and put forth a lot of effort. My son and I were on the look out for a new BBQ place and found this one, glad to know they are there!

Food is okay, the issue is this location is understaffed with apparently only one employee preparing orders. I ordered well ahead of time using the mobile app, assuming my food would be ready when I arrived. But I still had to wait in line behind walk-in customers before my order was prepared.

Today, my mother was on her way to bring food to the hospital for my wife and I after our son was born, and she stopped here to get food for herself.The sole employee working the store got her order incorrect and was extremely rude when she informed him of the mistake. He continued to disrespect her and refused to give her a refund when she asked. He also refused to give his name once she said she would be contacting management and corporate about the unprofessional and disrespectful experience.She left the store without getting her correct order or her money back. Staffing issues due to COVID is understandable, but there is no excuse for being utterly disrespectful to customers.

Please check your grubhub tablet regularly. Drivers don’t get paid to wait for food. Restaurant was empty so that was not the problem. Staff did not get started on order until driver arrived and notified them of grubhub order. When restaurant is empty delivery orders should be prepared as soon as they arrive on tablet

The Louisville Colorado location was the worst catering experience that I have ever done. The food was terrible the employees were rude and unprofessional. Did not deliver what was ordered and refused to refund order. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else.

What is going on over there?? I ordered Dickey's for lunch today through Doordash and I have never had my order screwed up so badly. I always expect a mistake or two with Doordash, but my god. First, I had to watch two different dashers sit and wait for my order for over 20 min and give up before the third dasher finally received my order over an hour after I placed it. When I finally received it, it wasn't remotely close to what I ordered. What I ordered: 2 meat plate with turkey and ribs. With Asiago spinach and potato salad on the side What I received: a small pile of the driest chicken I've ever seen and a side of beans. Really? It took an hour for them to scrape this together?? I understand times are tough in the restaurant industry right now, but if you didn't have the items I ordered, why not just call me?? Please do better.

Horrible customer service. Two people working. 10 minutes to get an order taken and 15 minutes to get it made. There was no one else in the store. I will not be returning. Very sad.

After about 15 mins. Staff told us our order was almost ready. 20 mins. more, still no food. Finally got our order, with all kinds of excuses about not knowing how to operate a new air fryer... Luckily we have an air fryer at home so we could actually cook our fried okra (which was still cold in centers!!). Also they did not have enough pulled pork so asked if they could substitute more of the other meat, which they did not do. Got home with 1/4 order of pork , & no substitute. Then had no rolls in the bag... OMG!! We used to love Dickeys, but we will never go back!!
